STGA offers a highly professional gymnastics program featuring structured classes for beginner through advanced male and female gymnasts. Our student-teacher ratio is an excellent 7 to 1. We stress sound fundamentals in an environment of fitness and fun. We would be proud to have you take part in our exciting world of gymnastics.

All Ability Programs  Girls and Boys recreational gymnastics. Taught in a fun and in an exciting environment. Come and flip with us in a safe and modern facility.

Tot Program  A pre school environment serving as a stepping stone into the wonderful world of gymnastics!!!! Besides gymnastics, we learn social and listen skills. This is great opportunity to gain confidence and self esteem.

 

 

Mommy and Me Program   A parent and tot interaction using gymnastics as the educational tool. Parent and staff provide a safe, comfortable and positive environment.

 

 

Team   Team programs running from level 1 in the Junior Olympic Program to the International Elite in the Federation of International Gymnastics program.

 

 

Summer Camp  Six weeks of gymnastics in all the STGA programs.  Girls and Boys recreational, tots, and team.  Summer camp  does  not offer Mommy and Me.
